April Van Dyke (Itzaina) made the Dean’s List at McGeorge Law School in Sacramento. She has just completed her first year and received ranking in the top 12 percent of her class. She graduated from UC Berkeley in May 2007, where she obtained a degree in political science. She is the daughter of Lorna Itzaina of Napa.

Local residents Claudia Glade and Gregory Winter were awarded juris doctor degrees from Empire College School of Law in Santa Rosa on June 8, 2008.
